Partnerships

Tania is an absolute pleasure to engage with. She is passionate and professional in her approach to developing community partnerships, delivering great projects to benefit young people. We engaged Tania to support out Youth Team to deliver workshops for young people to gain employability skills. Young people participated in workshops ranging from completing resumes, to mock interviews. A number of the young people that participated also applied for and were successful in gaining employment locally. We would not hesitate to partner with Redwoods Work Collaborative again in the future.

Connecting with Tania to discuss a business idea was of great value to myself and our organisation. Bringing a "big picture" idea into a well thought out proposal to then present to a Board was a challenge that I found difficult to execute on. Tania was able to not only explore and debate our ideas, she provided research, statistical data and real life stories and case studies to help us decide whether we should proceed any further.  We were also provided with a framework of how we could proceed to implementation. Working in an environment where you are required to be many things to many people, Tania's support and insights helped me immensely and I wouldn't hesitate in engaging her in our future strategic planning.

I had the pleasure of working with Tania on a local youth committee. Her ability to build meaningful relationships and aptitude for collaborative networking allowed her to bring my ideas to life, empowering me to see the difference young people can make in the community.
